When it comes to restaurants in east Texas, they seem to have an attitude that mediocre food is acceptable. I am so glad that Stacey's BBQ makes the effort to serve good food and have good service. Everything I have tried has been good.

The ribs are so tender & not over-seasoned or heavily coated with bbq rub; flavor seeps so deep, so I never add sauce; stuffed potatoes are colossal...!!!!!!
