Not too busy when we stopped. Easy to access and our orders came out quickly. The restrooms were clean and the service was good. They have one of the newer drink machines. Good place to stop in Jacksonville Texas. There is no playground for parents with kids who may want to stop. Otherwise, everything else is good.
This place is a damn joke! They get a "remodel" and suck even more now! Ordered 2 combo meals off the menu and all I got correct was the curly fries. Unbelievable and pathetic! I hated it when they first came to town, and I hate them even more now!! I will never return, ever!
I wanted raspberry tea and they were out of tea. I wanted garlic herb curly fries and they were out of garlic. My chicken strips were burnt. Usually they are really good but tonight I don't know what's up
Service seems irritated to be serving me most of the time. Soda always has a funky taste like they didn't add enough syrup to the soda water. But those curly fries keep me returning. When they have them, that is.
New people there.. wait 30 min for food, and burgers cold. Hope they learn quickly.
