Poor service...
Chicken is good and great service but they mostly hace no chicken si they closet early
But I have had to wait for it to be cooked the last two visits.so much for convenient FASTFOOD.
Very horrible service the time they took just to have the food ready wasn't even worth the money I spent 30 extra minutes just to wait on the rest of my order food got cold amd people behind me with same spicy chicken getting theirs first what kind of place is this and soda I asked for with Light Ice was basically just ice I took two sips and it was already gone after I had ordered I get to the window to pay I paid then they come back and tell me they only got half of my order ready if I will take half and half this is my first time putting any kind of review on here but it's not only time this has happened to me now I'm officially done won't ever come back to location in Jacksonville Texas.... just won't spend my time or money here ever again
Had to wait in line 20 min to get to the window and my order was not ready!
Looks disgusting on the outside... Was too afraid to see the inside. Food tasted ok-ish, and every one I know that has been, including when I went, they mess up the order. They read it back to you fine, the recipt is correct, but your food comes out all kinds of wrong or you're missing food altogether. If you're CRAVING churches chicken specifically then I guess its ok... But its better to just choose another chicken place.
