Mike is horrible to deal with. We rented a building downtown from him and two weeks after we closed the buissness down he changed the locks with half our stuff inside even though we had payed on time including the month he changed the locks. We still had two moths left on the lease and we assured him that we would be honoring it. If he had of just let us know that he had another tenant for the building we would have been happy to move everything else out immediately and terminate the lease. Instead he rented the building out while we had already paid. Oh and he didn't prorate the rest of the month either even though he had no reason to kick us out other than he "thought we were gone".
Very pleased w/ this company. They make every effort to provide good service. And, as w/ any other business, they appreciate responsible clients and they show their appreciation by providing assistance through the toughest of financial hurdles, Thank you Cherokee Real Estate!
