Other than the noisy kids behind me and the tall person in front of me, I had a good time.
This theatre was amazing, had friendly people, good movies; but it seems their management was changed, because things are different. The people aren't as friendly, and they start closing their popcorn and drink stands way too early. It's not right that someone purchases a large drink and popcorn with the intentions to get a refill, then 1 hour after the movie starts; "Sorry, no refills; our popcorn stand is closed for tonight". I feel ripped off. I'm giving it a 3 star because the theatre used to be amazing, and that despite the new management; they still play good movies.
I went to see a movie on Tuesday night, which is half price night, and it had monsters in it. I noticed so many parents bringing their small children. There were so many small children in there, it was noisy with kids and more like a day care center. It was very difficult to enjoy the movie. It has been very difficult to enjoy movies at this place. Many times, the volume was way too high, (way beyond normal), trash still in the isles and the seats stink. The only reason we still go here (which is rare) is because of how close it is to us. The staff and management have been very nice, but the place needs to be updated and there needs to be someone enforcing the "silence" request from the manager.
I waited a long time in line for tickets.. Was told I could only buy tickets. Then had to start all over at the end of the line to get consession.. what was the purpose of my first ling weight then??? And why did people who just got here get to get C onsession before me when I've already been waiting???
Really good movie theater, and the staff really nice. A+
