Always friendly and always clean. This Holiday Inn is one of my favorite to visit on my business trips to the area. I ha e stayed at other hotels in the area but this one out does the rest. The breakfast is good as well.
This Holiday Inn just comparable to the others I have stayed in. We have stayed here twice while the electricity was out. The breakfast was a little better than I expected. You could tell the staff was tired from the sheer volume of people they had to deal with but were in no way rude or short with us.
My stay at Holiday Inn and suites was for a graduation. The location of the hotel was easy to get too. It was close to a lot of eating places and entertainment. The room we had was prefect, it was spacious and comfy. We actual booked the room with Holiday Inn because they had an indoor pool and we loved it. The staff was very helpful and curtious.
I made a reservation by mistake at this HIExpress instead of Jacksonville, FL. The person at the front desk would not transfer my reservation to the HIExpress in FL.Never stay at a HIEx again.
Beautiful. Immaculate. Would definitely drive out of my way to stay here. Staff are friendly and professional. Probably the best of this chain that I have stayed.
