If I could give this review no stars I would! Dr. Bill Wright was very very rude, he kept asking why we came to Jacksonville ER and not the one in my home town, he broke hippa by telling us what goes on in the ER, and he prescribed a lot of medications to me because I had three different things wrong with me so I asked a few times about is it okay to breastfeed taking all these medications, and when to take them. So he replied in a raised tone "Look, you asked my nurse when she gave you medicines just now and you asked me when I gave you medicine about breastfeeding and I'm NOT gonna tell you again!" And he just looked at me in a mean look. Definelty will NOT be going back there again.
My visit was fast and efficient. Everyone was courteous and polite. I'm 52 years old and this was the best er visit I think I've ever had. I don't know what else I can say to let everyone know how much this visit meant to me. Thank you and God bless you .
The staff was great untill we needed a ride to Jacksonville. 6:00 this morning we were going to Jacksonville, its 5:30 now. My dads pain pill wore of by now. The case worker pissed around (carlo) and the driver left 31/2 hours ago. It takes 42 minutes to get here.
Wonderful place 5 star treatment! This will be the only hospital I use for all my family. Highly recommended place for outstanding health care! Clean and beautiful campus! Very caring staff from the doctors all the way to housekeeping..
