I went here initially because they were the only place open today and my hair was driving me crazy. The salon was clean and both stylists were very friendly and professional. I needed my bob trimmed and corrected. La Teria did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. My hair is beautiful and I will definitely be returning.

Walked in today to see about getting my hair fixed they don't welcome you at all they just say sign in have a seat... I stood at the counter watching and the lady said can I help you in the back corner to the left. I said yes I got my hear cut yesterday and it was supposed to be a swing bob and I ask if any of them had any experience doing a swing bob and the lady said I don't know what you mean how much experience are you looking for i said I'm looking for someone who knows how to do a swing bob the right way and all she could do was laugh and tell me again she don't know what I'm looking for ha if you can't answer questions with answers the right way I guess she didn't know how to do a swing bob either and she was very rude so I went outside and Google hair cut places in Jacksonville tx and found a really nice shop called Rainbow very sweet people and guess what they had someone who was a pro at SWING BOB'S so took my business elsewhere with more experience!!!
LaTeria is awesome. I bring my boys here every 4 weeks or so for a haircut and she always trims them up perfectly. They love her because she chit chats with them and makes them laugh while they're in the chair, and it's always great to be remembered. She lights up when they come in and greets us all by name. As long as we live in Jacksonville, LaTeria will be my boys' stylist.
Update: Now I'm hooked too! I haven't had my hair cut in nearly 7 years. I've never liked it when a stylist got through with it. It was nearly to my waist and killing my neck (I also tried to trim my own bangs which didn't go so well) so I went in to see LaTeria. My hair looks amazing!
Went to get a trim. She was cutting alot of hair and so I said I just wanted a trim not to much off it. She said she was just trimming it. Once she was done I looked at it and it was not what I asked for, she had cut way to much hair off. I let her know that wasn't what i asked for she then asked how she could fix it. Other than putting hair back you cant. So I didn't pay for it because it wasn't what I asked for. I will NEVER go back here. Worst hair cut I have ever had in my life.
