Bought a refurbished computer from them through Walmart. Product key sticker was partially damaged. Emailed customer service and they sent out a replacement which I got 2 days ago. Awesome.
The purchase process was easy and the item is exactly as described. In fact, I'm typing on it now. Although expedited shipping was not available, the shipping was quick. (4 days from a weekend order to delivery) Very pleased with this transaction.
I purchased a HP Windows 10 from this company and they couldn't even send me a proper mouse. The mouse I received was chewed at the end and anytime I start my PC there is a black screen with a mouse where I have to press CTRL+ALT+DEL in order for my lock screen to show which it's not supposed to do. What company would send a chewed off end of a mouse to a customer and giggle about it when you complain? They sent out another and it is unbelievably slow and sometimes the mouse does not move. Yeah, the computer was discounted, it was a good price but it was still 130 dollars of my hard earned money. The mouse situation was bad but it was like they had a lack of respect for sending it in the first place! Horrible company!
