Went in today Friday Aug.11th and boys did not mop car. Well I usually one out clean , but today had to go home and re-wash bumper and all back of my sequoia because it was filthy. Not sure why but car behind me was dirty also and I noticed as I was vacuuming mine out they had complained and was going back through wash. I go through this wash once a week but if this happens again I will find somewhere else.
Couldn't wash a truck for a headache rack, months ago. Stopped a half dozen times when in town, to get a refund, but can't get one because manager is never in. We always "Just missed him.". It's old after 2 or 3 times.
Terrible just terrible! I paid more money at this car wash so that I didn't have to get out and clean the outside of my truck and whenever I did get out to look at it there was still dirt all over my truck and it had scratched the paint!
